According to our university's 2024-2025 academic calendar, our students were required to pay their tuition and fees and register for courses between September 20-25, 2024. Students who fail to pay their tuition and fees, or complete their course registrations, by the specified dates will be subject to:
1. Students must pay their tuition and education fees between October 1-6, 2024.
2. Students who have not registered for courses or have not finalized their registration must apply to their Department Heads with a petition detailing the courses they will take between October 1-7, 2024. (Students taking Pedagogical Formation courses, provided their course load is not exceeded, must apply by 5:00 PM on October 2, 2024.)
3. Students who have paid their tuition and education fees and have submitted a petition to their Department Heads for course registration must continue their courses. Course approvals will be made by their advisors between October 9-11, 2024, for course add/drop periods.
4. Students who were placed and registered through the 2024 YKS Supplemental Placement must register for courses between October 1-3, 2024, and their advisors must provide approval between October 1-4, 2024.
