Based on the Fırat University Senate's decision regarding "Justifiable and Valid Reasons," students who miss midterm exams must submit a petition to the relevant department head within three business days of receiving official documentation documenting their excuse. Students who meet these requirements are granted the right to take make-up exams before the semester/final exams, subject to the approval of the relevant department's administrative board.
