Duties:

1. 1. Guide other committees' activities in line with FEDEK expectations.
2. 2. Review and address shortcomings in the department's mission and vision, aligning them with the university and faculty mission and vision.
3. 3. Conduct studies for FEDEK Accreditation and organize FEDEK departmental visits.
4. 4. Ensure the department is prepared for other national and international accreditation applications.
5. 5. Meet at least once every six months, review ongoing work, and discuss future plans.
6. 6. Prepare and update the department's Self-Evaluation Report
