Duties:

1. 1. Ensure the adaptation of students joining the department through Double Major-Minor programs and prepare exemption plans for them.
2. 2. Develop acceptance protocol plans for Double Major-Minor students.
3. 3. Identify and address issues faced by students from the department joining other departments' Double Major-Minor programs or students from other departments joining the department’s programs, and propose solutions.
4. 4. Conduct informational activities for students to increase participation in Double Major-Minor programs.
5. 5. Prepare a report on the commission’s activities at the end of each semester and present it to the Department Board.
